Being brought up on a diet of my mum and dads soul disco and funk records its easy to see why i play and listen to the music i do.Music addiction started for me when electro, hip hop and breakdance broke in the early 80s.Then in 86-87 a mate introduced me to a new sound called house music, the record was adonis'no way back'.After listening and collecting the street sounds electro series it seemed like a logical progression, after all both were made or sampled by machines and both had a funny dance connected to them!!Then i slipped into the acid house scene, raves in fields, dirty warehouses and just about any place we could party! then came hardcore and jungle which i enjoyed but the itch for something new took hold so a refreshing trip to renaissance in 92 took me back to house.Over the years ive whitnessed 100s of djs the best being dj harvey, maw, todd terry, carl cox,doc scott, tom middleton, ltj bukem,d.i.y,keb darge, david mancuso, miles holloway, elliot eastwick,cj macintosh, norman jay,mr scruff, kruder&dorfmiester, kenny carpenter, ashley beedle, to name a few!! im now based in leicester and dj a couple of times a month as having a family and running a business takes up most of my time so enjoy the mix and feedback is always welcome.

Zyron aka Johan Åstrand is a DJ, producer and crate digging record collector from the small Swedish village of Karlsborg.
He started DJ'ing in 1988, doing small local school dances, and around 1990 he and a friend played bigger events at an outdoor venue supporting live acts with mainly Swedish artists such as Lili & Sussie, Svullo, Snowstorm and Ankie Bagger.
Sometime in 1992 he started questioning what he was doing being a commercial DJ. He was fed up with buying and playing all the crappy euro-house and chart music people expected to hear and stopped DJ'ing totally.
During the following years he focused mainly on his involvement in the Commodore 64 demo scene, making music.
It would take until 2004 before he fully returned to the decks with the focus set on playing music he actually enjoy, and after discovering some online record stores he started buying new records again.
Since 2004 until today he has done some hundred live shows streamed on Interstate FM, a web radio started by some Discogs users and first known as Radiogs.
His mixes are quite eclectic in their selections and when trying to describe his sound he refers to it as "Spaced-out cosmic post-punk balearic kraut funk italo disco-not-disco deep dubby electro house wave".
During the years he has also produced all kinds of electronic music under the moniker 0x51d pL4n374ry or Oxsid Planetary, mainly experimental electronica and moody house.

Ajello was born from the meeting between Luca DJ Rocca Roccatagliati and Fabrizio Taver Tavernelli. Eclecticism is the keyword word of the Ajello project: Rocca is a DJ, producer, musician. Taver is musician, singer, producer. The sound ingredients are concentrated on different experiences; electro, new-wave, italo-disco, disco, neurofunk, eurodance, space sounds, early house. Their music has received worldwide support from a host of international artists including Laurent Garnier, Erol Alkan, Dimitri From Paris, Andrew Weatherall, and Nick Fanciulli amongst others. As well as being busy producing and remixing tracks, the duo can be found performing at various venues in most of the big cities across Europe playing their unique style of music.

We have done an exclusive mix for the uber cool Hell's Kitchen Magazine Paris... Go look & listen >>>
Words from Hell's Kitchen:
Quand on se lève du mauvais pied et qu’on se laisser aller sur notre pente naturelle, on est parfois amené à dire des choses sur TW ou ailleurs, que la « nu disco » par exemple, ça nous casse bien fort les coucougnettes.
Ou des choses du même acabit atrabilaire. Faut pas croire toutes nos humeurs, surtout quand on parle le matin de la veille alcoolisée.
Versatilité lunatique, on n’écoute pas que du bon son brut pour les truands, mais du récent aussi.

UK producer / writer / DJ / remixer, known to his mates as Raj Gupta, is definitely not a new boy on the disco dance scene. He landed his first 12" 'Number One' in 96 on Noid Recordings gaining support from the likes of Dimitri from Paris, Harvey, Doc Martin, Andrew Weatherall, Trevor Jackson, Groove Armada, Idjut Boys and Royksopp amongst others. Over 10 years on it's still a much sought after underground classic.
He went on to set up own record label 'Mangled' unleashing a slew of well received and highly collectable 12" releases. Two albums followed 'Mangled' on 'Eskimo Recordings' and later 'Mangled Again' on his own imprint along with singles on R & S, Bear Funk and Smash Hit. Recently his release on DFA earlier this year saw him offer P-Funk with a disco house twist made for the dancefloor (Bulletproof feat Lady Miss Kier) and a blissed out balearic stomper (Look into my eyes)
As a remixer both on his own and with his pals The Glimmers he has notched up credits for Mudd, PHCB, Crazy P, Virgo Four, 20:20 Soundsystem, Cantoma, Mock & Toof and many many more...

Men and Machines present Manuel Göttsching LIVE
It would be an understatement to say we are delighted to announce the first ever Scottish concert by German composer and multi-instrumentalist Manuel Göttsching. Manuel is a pioneer of electronic music who has been recording and performing for over four decades. He was hugely influential in the German Kosmische Musik scene, and he has had a profound influence on the development of house, techno and electronic music in general.
Manuel was the leader of Ash Ra Temple/Ashra, who together with bands like Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk and Can, contributed to the development of the pioneering German Kosmische Musik scene in the 1970s and 80s. They recorded some of the most amazing pieces of early experimental electronic music and during this time Manuel built a reputation as one of the most important guitarists of the era.
